The approved concept is developed into a fully coordinated technical package: detailed drawings, specification and a Building Regulations submission ready for sign-off.
From approved to properly buildable.
Planning approval confirms what you can build. This stage works out how: structure, junctions, materials and specification, all resolved in enough detail that nothing is left to guesswork on site. We coordinate with your structural engineer as the design develops, so the steelwork, openings and loadings all line up before the package goes to Building Control.
As a registered partner under the LABC Partner Authority Scheme, we prepare and submit the full technical package directly: thermal (Part L), fire safety (Part B), drainage and services all included, keeping the process moving without it landing back on you.
