These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by NSP Architectural ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Contact us at 01702 412142.
Our services
We provide residential architectural design services including:
- Feasibility studies and design consultations
- Planning application drawings and submissions
- Building Regulations drawings and technical packages
- Project management and contractor coordination
The specific scope, deliverables and fees for your project will be confirmed in a written proposal or letter of engagement, which forms the primary agreement between us.
Quotes and estimates
Any quote or cost estimate provided, whether via our online quote tool, by email or verbally, is indicative only. It is not a binding offer and is subject to a site visit, full assessment of your project, and written confirmation accepted by both parties. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment milestones will be set out in your written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts and to charge interest on late payments at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Intellectual property
All drawings, designs, documents and other materials we produce remain the intellectual property of NSP Architectural until all fees relating to their preparation have been paid in full. Upon full payment, we grant you a licence to use the materials for the purpose for which they were prepared. We retain copyright in all cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with our services is limited to direct losses only, capped at the total fees paid to us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
