Getting planning permission and Building Regulations approval is not the end of the job. Stage 5 support keeps your project on track once builders are actually on site.
The drawings are the plan, but a project still has to be built. Where you need it, we stay involved through construction, answering questions, clarifying details and helping keep the work true to the design as it moves from paper to reality.
We also work with trusted structural engineers and builders, and can introduce you to suitable professionals when your project needs them, so the right people are involved at the right time. Some schemes call for specialist input, arboricultural consultants, ecologists, party wall surveyors, planning consultants, and we can point you to reliable contacts depending on what your scheme requires.
The result is a smoother path from approved design to finished home, with someone who knows the project on hand throughout.

Do I have to use your construction support, or can I run the build myself?
Entirely up to you. Many clients take the drawings and manage their own builder; others want us involved through to completion. Both are common.
What does quote checking actually involve?
We compare builders' quotes against the drawn specification, so you can see whether you're comparing like-for-like, or whether one quote has quietly left something out.
How often do you visit site?
This is agreed per project, from occasional key-stage visits to more regular inspections, depending on how much oversight you want.
Can you help if a builder wants to change something on site?
Yes, this is a normal part of construction support - checking proposed changes against the design intent and the Building Regulations package before they're built.
Does construction support cost extra on top of the design fee?
Yes, it's a separate stage quoted on its own terms, since it depends on how involved you want us to be and how long the build runs.
